Management makes or breaks - Backroom Coordinator Sierra Employee Review

Low pay/ high turnover TJX credit card is SHOVED CONSTANTLY. I see the others commenting the same. Numbers are never good enough. Micromanaging is very annoying. Not good choice unless it is the managers way. Open 12 hours so open to close is 14-15 hours (not by one person) but it's too long, hard to cover with lack of employees. Theft rate is insane. Cannot move up without being willing to move. Not reasonable for most.
