- Helpful staff - While hours are preset, you can schedule off when needed - Hours aren't terribly long
Cons
- Minimum wage, with refusal to go higher (unless you are full time) - Customers aren't always the nicest - Can be tiring working on sales floor all day - Can get randomly scheduled without warning and work several days in a row - Struggles to hire new employees in an industry with already high turnover
