Based pay raises off of how many credit cards I got people to sign up for. I worked for the company as a 16 year old, I didn’t know how credit worked, yet they made part of my job getting people to sign up for a really bad credit card. I didn’t get anyone to sign up for one, so they docked my pay raise 50 cents as punishment
