Steer Clear of this group of incompetence - Project Manager Sierra ITS Employee Review

I feel compelled to share my experience with Sierra ITS as it has been nothing short of disappointing and concerning. From the outset, it became clear that this company operates with a shocking level of negligence and incompetence. Their processes are disorganized, communication is abysmal on bare bones questions about the role, and there is a blatant disregard for accountability at every level. One of the most troubling aspects of my experience was the implicit bias evident in their screening and hiring practices. It was apparent that decisions were not based on merit or qualifications but rather on subjective and discriminatory criteria of not having accounts open on social media, yes….Highschool. This not only creates an unfair environment but also explains everything being that it was a requirement, yet questioned. Furthermore, I’ve heard through the grapevine that this company has a history of failing to pay their resources—contractors, freelancers, and even employees. This lack of integrity is deeply concerning and speaks volumes about their values (or lack thereof). If true, it’s a clear indication that Sierra ITS cannot be trusted to uphold basic ethical standards. In summary, I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this little group to proceed with extreme caution. Their negligence, incompetence, and questionable integrity make them a risky choice at best. There are far better organizations out there that value fairness, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Glad I dodged a bullet, I suggest you all do the same. I'll be relaying 'this' experience to over 4700 professionals in my network. #Checkmate
