VERY CUT THROAT HOSPITAL - RNFA Sierra View Medical Center Employee Review

Cut throat staff. LOTS of back-stabbing. WEAK management.... manages with fear rather than encouragement. "Look around people, half of you WON'T be here within a year"..... VERY non-supportive of staff. When presented with problems between staff department manager tells you to "Work it out, that's not my concern" !!!!!!! Benefits are no better than standard. Hospital USED to pay employees medical insurance 100& but no longer the case. I would NOT recommend this place for employment at all !!
