It's remote. Literally the only good thing about this company.

- Founders have absolutely no idea how to run an organization. The company is going down the gutters. - Extremely unorganized. Nothing in the organization works properly. And obody wants to fix that and instead just play the blame game around. - Founders and senior folks are extremely unprofessional and have built a toxic culture that bodies "All talk no substance".

- chill work - lots of WLB - very laid back team

- lazy in execution, although they say stuff like - we are dynamic and fast-paced and all the hype stuff - No one who has solid experience achieving stuff, all are lost and figuring out - lack of mentorship/ guidance - no organisation (stiill uses notion instead of jira or any better platform) - a lot of delusion in general - stay a lil away if you are looking for growth, but the best placeif you need a laid back, relaxed job
