Irresponsible, unprofessionable and trustless - Anonymous employee Sigfox Employee Review

Poor Support and HR functions. No one what is happening in the matrix structure and how to onboard an employee. Lack of coordination among HR, regional management, technical group can screw up your career and throw you to streets. Many people are resigning continuously from HR support functions and this will put you in trouble throughout the on boarding process. I was offered a senior role and after I got relieved from my employer, I was told that Sigfox is withdrawing the offer. I was absolutely clueless and don't know whom to contact as the HR who has coordinated my recruitment has already left and no one has replaced her as well.
