Get to travel to different universities across the country, people are very nice

Cons

You don't really learn a lot of skills that can be applied in other jobs Not focused on developing their employees Job is very repeated and simple. Not really an analyst, but just building powerpoints and filling out excel sheets

Personal growth, relatively relaxed environment, young culture, skills gained, visiting colleges and universities, friends made, excel, sql, PowerPoint presentation skills gained

Cons

Salary, very challenging/tiring for an artistic mind - nature of work is counter productive for an individual seeking creativity. Amount of work relative to compensation is damaging... potentially to the entire business.
