Constant work,good co-workers ,good canteen very nice show rooms . They will supply you with basic (very basic ) tools

There is no communication from management to staff in the factory or offices . nobody really knows what's going on ever people are taken advantage of alot. If you work as hard as you physically can they will dangle promotions and payrises that are just hot air and empty promises to you and continue Todo Everybody else's jobs as well as yours . Machinery blend of new and obsolete/borderline dangerous. Staff are required Todo skilled work while being paid minimum wage and no structure to pay schemes. Factory staff are told different quality aspects of it's a fast track order or its going out next day they customer will receive it if it's crap or good not great like they promise "significantly better" . rejecting components and panels due to scratches or laminate being damage them getting called in and told it's fine or were being too picky.
