Pros
Packaged food is always in demand so work will always be avalable at least 40 hours a week. Pay is better than minimum wage and there are year yearly raises and bonuses. The health benifits are superb and employees receive payed vacation and payed time off.
Cons
There is a strong sense pregidous. Not very much room for advancement.
