Great workplace, but not for everyone - Digital Marketing Specialist Sigma School Employee Review

- A workplace where you can be involved in everything from scratch to finish - Boss is very willing to listen to other’s ideas and implement it. - Boss is transparent and willing to give feedback and guidance to help me improve. What I’ve learnt in Sigma School can not only be translated to other workplaces but also my life values - Different departments collaborate frequently which enables me to learn about new ideas and point of views from different perspectives and importance - Environment where you learn to solve problems and able to improve yourself in many different aspects.

- No cons for me, but you need to be able to do these 1. Learn by yourself at times 2. Trial & error for results. Boss doesn’t judge if it doesn’t work but find out the reasons why 3. Need to ask what you don’t know because no one will babysit you. If you don’t ask, then no one won’t know what you don’t know

Really learnt a lot of practical coding knowledge in the classes. Instructors were helpful and friendly. The projects that we built, although immensely challenging, can actually be applied in a multitude of real world scenarios. This actually helps us prep for the real working world in the tech industry.

Course might be a little challenging for beginners... But don't worry! With expert guidance from instructors, as well as patience & grit from your side, you'll be able to navigate through these seemingly insurmountable obstacles in a jiffy.
