Great for hard worker! Pros and cons - Fabricator Sign Pro Employee Review

Sign pro was an amazing company to work for. They treat their employees like family, have great benefits, and take very good care of their workers. Suzanne and Pete run a tight ship, but for good reason. Their the country's #1 signage provider and growing for a reason. Everyone works hard and is great to be around. Its just like one big family, and if I had the opportunity I'd be thrilled to work with them all again.

I don't have a bad thing to say about the company.

Much better facility than other sign shops in CT. air conditioning is huge. Workers are fun people to be around. If you're in the shop management is pretty hands-off. Reasonable amount of overtime. Get to work on cool projects.

Lots of drama, don't talk much and be guarded around everybody. You won't get any training to do your job and you probably won't advance anywhere. Minimal raises, little PTO, poor benefits. Good for younger people, not a career. Don't work road crew.
