      Signa is going places! The CEO is growing this company the right way. Integrity and strategy are shown to all clients and employees are expected to be the same way. Daily work life is enjoyable with an expanding team of talented folks. Culture is continually evolving and a positive learning environment. Family atmosphere working together and growing as a team are a number one priority. New strategies and collaboration are key to client success.

      Small company benefits are coming as the company continues to grow. Normal growing pains.

      -Internships here are paid. -Hands-on marketing experience with real companies. -Management is very lenient and understanding of personal issues. -So much room to grow while getting real experience.

      Cons

      -Startup mindset company with natural growing pains. There's lots of work to be done, so if your goal is to goof around on the job, this place is not for you.
