Pros

High energy environment, proven sales methods, and they shower you with praises. This work will kick your butt into high gear and teach you about hard work. There is opportunity for advancement but its not for everyone, if you have no back up plan and you have some money saved, go work your butt off for them and you have maybe a 5% chance of being one of the few who 'make it'.

Cons

Disgusting turnover rate, you get paid more working at mcdonalds, and the management are cocky/arrogant in a very subtle 'be cool like me' way. The hours are long, the work is very old fashioned 'door to door sales or promotion booths', and no matter what fancy title they want to put on it, its being a salesman, not the good kind but the annoying 'buy what I have before you figure out that you don't really need it' kind. They'll sell you on the idea that you can be rich relatively quick by becoming an owner. but just look around and see how many people come in and how few people stay for even a month.

Pros

As a new staff member at Signals United, I have already observed various impressive qualities within the company. Every position currently filled in this firm is treated with utmost importance, regardless if a given staff member is training in an entry-level role, or holds a management title. The most inspiring aspect of Signals United that I have recognized thus far is the transparent opportunity for growth, which is fostered authentically within the company. The long term, dedicated employees who I have met, have been excellent mentors during my ongoing training process. Being a goal-oriented person myself, I enjoy the overall atmosphere, because everyone comes to work with so much energy and a strong vision for advancement!

Cons

You must be comfortable with accepting constructive criticism. Having a 'problem-solving' mentality has helped me overcome obstacles so far, and accepting the fact that every day is a learning experience has been humbling. Asking questions is the only way to find an answer. At the same time, this firm wants employees who are eager to learn and can adapt to the company's culture quickly.
