Pros

Work from home / hybrid environment.

Cons

Everything else. You are either micromanaged or left to fend for yourself. No one takes any accountability whatsoever and blame is passed from team to team. Everything is faulty: from launches of products that don't work to processes that don't make sense, employees that are not properly trained and managers that lack basic social skills. Very toxic work environment with the exception of few colleagues. People in management or leadership positions that lack bare minimum understanding of thei role or the industry not to mention social skills. You are constantly pressured to do things the wrong way just for them to say the team completed something. You are asked to do everything with 0 support.

Pros

Flexible work hours and ample time off. This is a company that has done its best to drive financial performance and keep its workforce through COVID and now the latest geopolitical headwinds. I really like the people I work with, and what we're able to produce.

Cons

Like any job there can periods of high stress and pressure. But it does feel like management is trying in earnest to steer the ship in a way that works out best for employees.

Pros

Work from home can be nice

Cons

Rolling layoffs framed as reorganization all while pushing AI usage. No professional development opportunities - C-Suite is incredibly out of touch and it would serve the company well if they reevaluated their priorities and made the generous call of stepping away from the company and people they do not care about. If you are in a higher paying country, you are in danger.
