I was simply looking for a job when this opportunity landed on my lap and I've never been this excited about anything I've done in my entire life. This opportunity has quickly become my number one priority because you're going to get out what you put in, just like everything else in life. Networking is encouraged and everyone in the company will help you however they need to as long as you make the effort to learn!

Working 6 days a week may be a con for some, but it honestly doesn't feel like that's how much we work. I love this opportunity and am passionate about changing my life for the better.

I had just graduated college with a double major in Economics and Marketing and a minor in Management from Florida State and knew I wanted a career with a company that would have opportunities to grow and advance within. I interviewed with many "Marketing" firms in the Tallahassee area, but most of them were door to door, B2B or even straight commission with little if any guaranteed base for me to live off of. By the time I interviewed with Signature Acquisitions I was skeptical and felt like every "Marketing" firm was a scam or hoax to lure recent grads into. It was a breath of fresh air to talk to their HR Department, interview with Zach and to be offered a position with an honest base salary with also weekly bonuses. The team was fun and upbeat focusing on goals, work ethic, and development. I fit in almost immediately and within 6 weeks was promoted into a Corporate Trainer position. During college I had worked with several corporate companies part time, and honestly was prepared for a stuffy environment when I started my career. To my surprise we would go bowling, play golf and just get together away from work to have fun and unwind. I just watched our managers go to Mexico for a company trip, the Super Bowl, and they are about to go to Vegas all-expenses paid. We just expanded into 2 new markets and have 3 other Corporate Trainers getting close to Assistant Manager promotions. I can't believe that I almost didn't go to the interview because of the experiences I had with other "Marketing" firms! This was a GREAT find for me starting out my career.

The Corporate Trainers are great at making sure we know all of the information about our clients and the products that we represent before we begin working directly with the clients, but it does take some practice.
