Pros
I have never worked for a company that cares so much about the professional development, work/life balance and personal growth of its employees as Signature does. The management team not only listens to us and gives challenging opportunities to stretch and inspire us professionally, while doing their best to leverage the individual strengths to best serve the team, but they truly care about our happiness and comfort. We have a beautiful office space, teleworking option (saves me $ & time!), many perks to help balance work/life/alleviate stress (onsite car washes, chair massages, lunches), professional training, and several social events throughout the year. I feel so blessed to be able to come to work every day and collaborate with a really amazing group of like-minded, innovative, forward-thinking people who know the meaning of teamwork. While we all work hard and at times wear many different hats within the company, it's all worth it to be an integral part of this fast-growing company that is on a solid trajectory of continued growth and innovation--with both its employees and clients!
Cons
As with any fast-growing, small company there are hiccups and challenges to contend with that aren't going to be seen in larger more-established organizations. However, the company is nimble enough to quickly recognize what isn't working and shift gears to try something different until it finds what works. And when things do work well, not only do we continue with those programs, policies, etc, but we also continually look for ways to improve and build upon them.
