Signature Hardware is growing fast but they're still thinking and acting like the small company they were 10 years ago. The hierarchy is a mix of family, friends and gifted positions filled by people who are unqualified. BE WEARY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE! - The customer service group is about 40 people large and every single person in the group sits in a single large room crammed full with desks. It looks like something you'd expect to see in India where employees are not people, they're machines. In addition to the tight quarters (so tight you have to squeeze between the chairs of your co-workers because there is literally no isle space) it is extremely loud. It's crazy that someone thought it was a good idea to stick 40 people in a room taking phone calls AND put that room next to a noisy warehouse and a brass rod cutting station. Career opportunities are gifted and not earned.
