I had,been harassed by a agency male African american nurse and when I reported it, they immediately were finding flaws on me and fired me quick. For those that been in this field for a long time the don seem to have no respect nor compassion, for,those that done this healthcare. It was sad, but I feel something needs to be done about that. Of course the agency nurse returned back.
Cons
Quickly fire high paying staffs, the don very heartless and no support system. They have no concern for aides that been aides for a long time, they quickly fire them. Mdv in Louisville, nurses put in their own words if they don't like an aide they set them up and fire,them. 😧
