Pros
The only pro was that 8hr shifts were available and it was in close proximity to where I lived
Cons
No support from management, very poorly staffed, no encouragement and very little training (if any) for new employees left for very unsafe situations and poor patient care. I felt that my nursing license was in jeopardy and left shortly after I was hired
