Too much money spent on frivolous things when employees would rather see that in their paychecks Upper management and HQ is very cliquey Verbally abusive or abrasive managers are kept in their positions even when many employees submit complaints Benefits leave much to be desired. Again, could have cheaper benefits if company cut unnecessary costs Unrealistic goals even when understaffed
