The signature company has good benefits.
Cons
Upper management need replacement. Never know if you have a job from day to day. Stress level very high. Admin. does not need to be in that position. Corp. needs to come down and investigate why turn around. Sad most employees are afraid to say anything because they are afraid of losing there job. THERE IS ALWAYS A REPRISAL.
