-great hours (no weekends/holidays/evenings) -scrub allowance -(some) doctors are great -fun social activities -3 free meals a week
Cons
-(some) doctors treat the nurses with total disrespect -short staffed -lacking quality management -small office so if there is a problem with a co-worker, there is no anonymity to seek help -management rather be short staffed than invest in loyal employees -rather fire loyal, well liked, hardworking employees than fix problems amongst staff -managment will ignore big mistakes of doctors, while punishing little mistakes of nurses (without getting all the facts)
