Pros
Had lots of assets to work with and has a strong sense of community surrounding this brand, which made creating graphics for marketing and social media easier. They have a great brand guideline to follow, so you won't get lost in the weeds trying to come up with a cohesive brand while designing graphics.
Cons
General communication and feedback was tough. To be fair, it's a small company and everyone has many hats, sometimes schedules didn't match or feedback about projects were lacking critical brainstorming sessions because of lack of focus.
