- good initial experience to start your career i.e. product manufacturing and development experience - friendly and nice coworkers - efficient QMS software

Cons

- employees emploited especially those without permanent residency or citizenship. - inappropriate and immature behavior from management - management endorsement of discrimination based on sex, race, sexual orientation within the company and with stakeholders, clients - cliquey managers - no career development - poor salary

Pros

Good salary, bonus opportunities, autonomy, respect, good hours/schedule flexibility, work/life balance, helpful & supportive collaborating physician, friendly & welcoming environment, lots of employee support/engagement efforts.

Cons

Not much formal onboarding, you have to be proactive to keep things moving. Old EMR without much interoperability. Management is very hands off, which is great until you need help with something. Not a very diverse workforce.

They never shut down early on bad snow days. Which meant I didn't get home until after 9:00pm at night.
