Pros
Good salary, bonus opportunities, autonomy, respect, good hours/schedule flexibility, work/life balance, helpful & supportive collaborating physician, friendly & welcoming environment, lots of employee support/engagement efforts.
Cons
Not much formal onboarding, you have to be proactive to keep things moving. Old EMR without much interoperability. Management is very hands off, which is great until you need help with something. Not a very diverse workforce.
