Previous management has stagnated employees morale and company growth.I gave the low rating to the past CEO, Seth Gordon. He let morale stagnate significantly. The new CEO is great.
Those effects are still felt through the company but the new management is aware of the morale issue. Attempts have been made to fix the issue.
The hard work to meet customer’s demands does burnout employees.
The company still struggles with internal communications and processes.
Small company, little room for career growth but you can do multiple roles but not get compensated.
