Pros

- Great coworkers, really good environment, I met lots of good people there. - Disruptive product, in a few years everyone will use it. - Nice terrace & offices, although very crowded right now. - Team building activities are very cool.

Cons

- Long working hours, overloaded with work. - Management disconected from the rest of the company, no comunication between them (before the series A we had it). - Mediocrity in Sales, lack people management, cold environment and incapacity of taking advise from the team. - Bad comissions structure plus you don’t get what’s promissed.

Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback. We're very sorry you felt this way about your experience in Signaturit. We'll take your review seriously to keep improving and avoid this to happen again. During Quarter 2/2019 we've worked hard to restructure the sales department, and implemented new actions to assure the communication flows all over the company, like All Hands meeting quarterly, Monthly Review and 1:1 between management and employees. We're already seeing results. We remind that our People Department is open to understand your feedback in more detail. If you feel comfortable, please contact me through thalita.antonioli@signaturit.com Privacy assured, of course. Thank you! -- Thalita, Head of People at Signaturit

Pros

Little benefits, some skilled people at local levels Bankable product and OK financial situation HR is trying to implement some relevant and necessary actions but stays short due to lack of leadership effectiveness and synergy across the BUs

Cons

Most leadership roles are being staffed with average english speakers Quite chaotic structure with management delegating non operational tasks, to later inquire you to double up on operational tasks, quite non sense Poor ethics
