Toxic people that have worked there for many years are rewarded (tacitly) for unethical, harmful and nasty attitudes and actions towards new team members. Depending on what banner you work for you have a shelf life. They prefer young people out of college to mold their way. Very few Leaders at the top making the decisions have zero fine jewelry background. HR is not your friend here. They claim to want to change the culture but nothing is done.
