You'll spend your days dealing with unhappy customers and chasing management for endless rounds of approval instead of doing what your job description says you need to do. High gender inequality reflected in role attribution and financial compensation. As soon as the investor asks you'll have your things put in a box and you'll be sent home, never to be seen again.
