      Pros

      The HR, Accounting, and Security Office team that the founder built out is prompt in their responses and very attentive to detail. Even though we are working remotely, they surprised me with personal attention and mailed gift baskets for the life events that I shared in the passing.

      Pros

      Left you alone as long as you keep the client company. Great for those starting their career. Great insurance.

      Cons

      Moved from PTO to FTO. Confusing. Didn't support long term employees. New hires were paid more than teammates who were there for long time.
