This has been a great place to work. I feel the company is really leading the industry and always looking for way to be a market disruptor.
Cons
Typical large company issue of disseminating information throughout the organization (ie communication). But I have high hope the recent restructure and realignment of our corporate model will help address this.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
