Very political. Bad processes and systems. Management does not respect employees. Turnover is high. Do not value outside employees that have great ideas. Best employees have left. Sales are declining, business is bad. Losing their biggest customers.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
