Unrealistic work schedule; paid a set rate for house call, $50. But unfortunately the house call can take 90 min plus drive time . The document you have to complete is 26 pages and that does not even include all PE, Lab draws, vitals, etc

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
