No work-life balance, organizational chaos, micromanagement, not enough resources for ambitions, necessary to work in extra hours (with no extra salary), permanent stress /burnout, poor quality of managers, poor quality of trainings - no investment in building long-time relations with employees.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
