They do not listen to anything employees say, the decide to save money through employees and not open at all to any support or home office. The company does not provide benefit and call work from the office a benefit. Not recommended.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
