Large company with a lot of potential for interesting and challenging work

Very unreliable employer. Last year they were hiring a lot of people. This year they are laying off the same people. Consider this when evaluating their job offer.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
