      To me personally there was no pros to my position.

      Cons

      The people were unprofessional, hired me, sent equipment and made me reinterview for the position and did not hire me the 2nd time.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
