Central teams don't always listen to feedback, feedback is defended, central & Europe teams keep talking about customer centricity but we don't see the changes we ask for, operating a separate division of Systems & Service is distancing employees in the market, it doesn't work but no one outside of the market appears to be listening or acting on the feedback. Prefer to have my manager in the market and not at a distance.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
