1. Invests in training 2. Multiple tests to improve 3. Guidance through out (depends on lead) 4. Can do trial and error directly in the project

1. Biggest con is management (technical side will be good ) 2. No specific time for crediting salary. If you made commitments based on the salary date you should be worried 3. On technical side there are people friends with management who will get away doing anything Basically company needs to swap all higher management.

Good for freshers to start their career
