The office is walking distance to some interesting places.

Cons

You will be mislead on what the duties of the job is. As a sales solutions specialist your job is to cold call blue collar workers to sell them A receptionists. You will be told that you are not cold calling and that leads are inbound it is not true. You do not have PTO until after you’ve been there 1 year. There or health benefits. The pay is 45k base pay. You are “eligible” for commissions you won’t make any. They may or may not pay your ramp up bonus. Make sure you get everything in writing before you sign an offer letter.

Pros

Great leadership, fun culture, they care a lot about their customer base, small enough to make direct impact and changes.

Cons

Benefits - I wish their PTO benefits were better. Also currently no 401k but they are slated to have on by end of year. Career Opportunities - Not so much a con but at this time no movement career wise because we're focused on getting really good on what we do now.
