Pros

Signpost does a really good job at training you and helping you develop your skills as a sales person. This was my first job out of university and now I have a full understanding how to sell a product that someone cannot see, touch or feel. You are basically selling a concept which I believe is the hardest part. The people at Signpost are great and I enjoy working there and going to work everyday. The day-to-day can be a grind but that is with all sales jobs. I feel confident I can go work anywhere after doing this job at a high level for over a year.

Cons

Sudden changes all the time. I know signing up for a startup you should expect such changes but management at times does a poor job relaying some changes. Not to say they are improving and wanting to get better but sometimes it does not come to fruition. Internally there are also not a lot of rules that people abide by. I call it the wild west. There are not set rules because there has been so much change internally.
