Pros

Learning the business was interesting.

Cons

This place has changed names FOUR times (that I know of) in just the past few years. They have gone from Phillips Enterprises to Signs365 to Pro365 to 4My Technologies. Who knows what they will be called next week. Quite simply, they change their name because of all the negative reviews that get left about them on job boards, websites, and other public forums. This is their attempt at masking their terrible reputation and bad reviews left online by either customers or past employees. They bring in people with bigger than average salaries so that way they are motivated out of the gate and come in ready to produce. Do not be fooled by this! After a year or so, you will be fired and then they just rinse and repeat with someone else. The management here are bad people. At their core. Dishonest, disloyal, treat everyone as if they are expendable, talk about you behind your back, and downright nasty. Management fires everyone who works there. Why? It could be something as simple and innocuous as proposing a well intentioned idea that they don't like, or saying something they don't agree with. Do this and you will immediately get a bulls eye painted on your back. Once that happens, and it WILL, you're done. Once you rub them the wrong way for any reason or don't share their same views on something, no matter how innocuous or irrelevant, your days are numbered. This may sound like the rantings of a snubbed ex-employee. Trust me when I tell you there are countless other people who could tell you the same story. Avoid this place at all cost.

Pros

free lunch, but most of the time undercooked so bring your own

Cons

Every single thing is a complete lie. The hours are a lie, you work no less than 10 or 12 hours and overtime is now pretty much year round mandatory, the pay is a lie, they low ball you after you get hired and tell you you need to work here for 60 days to get the bump up, then when you work 60 days the company manager tells you "that's not how things work here, if you don't like it there's the door". they got rid of the profit share years ago and there are no bonuses or raises other than the 60 cent raise at the end of the year which is not the profit share. If you discuss your pay you get fired because they don't want people to know how unfair it is and how they pay their friends and family significantly more. The supervisors and management are awful at their job and can't even train employees. if they even show up, most of the time intoxicated, have the worst attitude, will not communicate and show nothing but disrespect and make it the most toxic environment imaginable. There is no advancement at all, no promotions, no where to go. Never have a full staff so you have to do no less than 4 peoples jobs by yourself at all times for only the pay of one position. They go through no less than 30 to 60 employees a month. You basically can't take days off or vacations, so you have to use ur vacation days as sick days if they allow you to take time off. Was injured on company property 12 hours into a shift and wasn't even allowed to goto the emergency room. Your not an employee, your a slave
