Pros
In this program, they take care of all your living expenses, costs with relocation, and provides you with all the technologies you need (phone, laptop, desktop, etc.).
Cons
They will fly you out to one of their worksites in the US and make you stay there for 6 months. You will have no say for what department you want to work in. For example, I was a business major and they put me in a chemistry lab. The company has very poor management and the managers are usually out of town 4/5 days of the week. At the start of this role there is no organization and you sit there doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for a whole month. If you are ambitious, hardworking, or care about good company culture.. I do not recommend this role. They hired and fired me within a month because of "budget cuts". You would think that companies invest in their young leaders but this company has such poor management that I worry about what would happen in the future. They laid me off because they did not need an extra employee in R&D but if they had put me in any other department I would have been fine. They also moved me from SoCal to the East Coast and gave me 5 days to pack and fly back home.
