The pay was good and I liked working the hours they gave me. Also, there were always offers to work extra time.

Cons

I was given three weeks of training as a customer service agent for a credit card company through SIKES. After the first week, our trainer left the company. The next trainer left on the last day of our training. The time that could have been used for more understanding of the laws was used for games guessing what a song was on Alexis. There are many federal laws that must be abided by and if anyone violated any of those laws agents were written up with the treat constantly held over the head you would be fired if we did it again. Most of the time we didn't know about the law, due to inadequate training. The supervisors are called coaches, but there was very little coaching. My coach was in the reserves and was gone a lot, so another coach would watch our team and their team. My team received no coaching when he was gone. It felt like they didn't care about keeping employees by mentoring. That is why there are so many training sessions for new employees. It's a revolving door mentality.
