Initially everything seems awesome but after few months you get to know the reality.. 1) Very low salary, peanuts as compared to my counterparts. Even after years of experience very less salary is offered. 2) poor work life balance, forget friends,family and relations, everything is owned by the organization. 3) I would have sacrificed above two points for technical knowledge, I have not learned anything which will be valued otherwise. list goes on..
