I wish my job was full time, but as an intern this is hard to do.

Everyone is great to work with. Minimal meetings and paper work. Great if you want to focus on circuit design. You can learn a lot from co-workers.

privately held company. No 401k matching. No bonus because financial goals not met. No stock . Business outlook poor because end market is a mass consumer market , very cost sensitive. Customers will not pay for features. BOM cost is everything.
