Pros
The machine operators and processors are nice and professional. The medical benefits are ok.
Cons
Extremely toxic work environment due to the shift supervisors. Regularly witness to the night shift supervisor yelling at employees over the intercoms. It's a very high school environment where the supervisors are the "cool kids" and degrade and insult employees without remorse. It's extremely unprofessional and makes for a uncomfortable work environment. Also the lack of training on the floor and in the office makes work difficult, I'm surprised the plant can operate at all. Lastly the hours are insane, they have multiple people working 13 days straight on 12 hour shifts. Most employees are exhausted and overworked and management can't figure out why they can't keep any new people.
