The company is growing quickly and we are working on leading edge processes and products. The principals are very clever and it's a great opportunity to learn. The company culture is to make sure all the customer's needs are met whenever possible so we look beyond the literal spec. This makes customer interactions pleasant because mostly they are happy.

At the moment the workload is very high. Some would see this as a negative so should not look here. I see it as a positive -- it's secure.
