      Very accommodating to my alternative learning style and were flexible with my school schedule as I was working on my associates. Fantastic, close knit work culture, was almost always a joy to come to work with how wonderful the people were

      Cons

      Shift length (10 hours) not for everyone, very good fine motor control required for hand placing parts when machine ran out

      Pros

      Owners are great people to work for, they treat you like family. They have many opportunities to grow and encourage education. They give to the community.

      Cons

      Some poor communication with some of the management. (not owners) Work flow is based on how the economy is doing. Insurance benefits could be better.
